Follow these steps to set up Remote Desktop connection on your computer so that it can be accessed securely by another computer remotely.
- Log into your Windows XP computer with an administrative account.
- Double-click "System."
- Click the "Remote" tab, and then turn on "Allow users to connect remotely to this computer."
- Click "Select Remote Users..." and select the users you would like to authorize for remote access from the list of accounts on the computer. You have now enabled remote desktop connections.




- Your system must maintain an active Internet connection for users to connect to it.

Right click on 'My Computer' ('Computer' in Windows Vista)
